Rick Pridemore - Board Member

I am currently the Director of Investor and Client Relations for In-House Realty, a member of the Quicken Loans family of companies. My department is negotiating approximately 100-200 short sales for homeowners at any one time, along with helping lenders and investors liquidate REO and short sale properties. I am also a licensed Realtor. My Real Estate experience includes rentals, rehabbing, flipping, new construction, modular housing, and land division and improvement. I bought my first investment property, a single family home in Farmington, Michigan in March of 1989 with an 11.125% rate mortgage. In 1993 I founded Paradigm Development Corporation, a building and land development company. In 1995 I opened a Goodyear Auto Repair facility, handling the site acquisition, demolition, and remodeling of the 15,000 square foot building. I graduated with Distinction from the University of Michigan with a Business Degree in Management Information Systems, also studying Japanese and German. Over the years I have accumulated a Master Automotive Technician License, a Real Estate Salesperson’s License, a Builder's License, and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative certification. Over that past 6 months, I have sold 23 homes with an approximate sales volume of $4,000,000.
