Ron Watcke

In December , 1984 I purchased my first rental property. Since then I have bought and sold several houses, duplexes, small apartment buildings and vacant land. Currently I own a mix of single family rental houses and apartments in southeast Oakland county. I have my own management company which maintains and manages all my properties. I do most of the maintenance myself along with a part-time handyman. In 2000 I took early retirement from my college teaching position after thirty-three years. I enjoy real estate investing and landlording and have done a little bit of every thing; Buy, Fix & Flip, building houses, REO's, Foreclosures, VA & HUD houses, Lease/Options, auctions, and pre-foreclosures. I have served on the Board of Directors for ten years; two terms as Treasurer, and three terms as President. - Ron Watcke
