You asked for it and it has arrived, at the March 12, 2009 Meeting we will be launching REIA of Oakland’s advanced investor group.   This exclusive, elite group will only be open to advanced investors that have accomplished at least ten real estate investment transactions, so start marking your deals!  We realize that our membership is comprised of all levels of Real Estate Investors and in these tough economic times the need exists to educate at all levels. While many individuals and investors are struggling, there are many thriving, let’s bounce ideas off each other and find out what is working and what is not. 

With the help of board member and our general members I will be chairing this unique group.   I would like to collectively determine the time and place to meet on a regular basis, decide on the topics and direction we want to take it.  So I invite all advanced investors to meet with us at 6:15 PM upstairs in the mezzanine at our general meeting on the 12th of March, see you there.
