I have been a REIA member for about twelve years now and a board member for about five of those years.  Time and time again we see other “for profit” groups come and go.  We are not shy to say that we are a non-profit organization with a fifteen member all volunteer board and we have been around for over twenty six years.  What does that mean to you, the member of this organization??  It means that REIA of Oakland and it board puts you before themselves.   All the proceeds from our activities go directly back into running this organization.  We are constantly trying to think of new ways to better improve the benefits our members receive without raising the cost to our members.

The members of our board have extensive knowledge in just about every aspect of Real Estate Investing and have selfishly served on the board for many years.  Many of our board members have been investing in Real Estate for many years and it is through this knowledge and experience we are able to give you the best product available in Real Estate investing.  If you have any suggestions or comments on how we can better serve you, please let us know.  If you have suggestions on future topics you would like discussed at our meetings you can inform any board member or leave a note (anonymously if you wish) at the front desk.
