One of our biggest and best events to date was our March Program, Than Merrill Star of A&E's "Flip This House".  Due to the popularity of this show and its host, the decision was made to move to a larger venue to ensure we could comfortably accommodate the expected large turn out for this event.

I wanted to give a special thanks to Joe Hejka, REIA of Oakland’s Vice-President and Programs Committee co-chair.  His precise planning and attention to detail proved to be a success with this event.  Every month our members enjoy dynamic, diverse programs and speakers that help enrich their Real Estate investing goals.  There is a great amount of work that goes into each and every program every month.  Behind the senses every little detail is choreographed to ensure that our members can enjoy our featured program/speaker. Never has this been proven more than in our March program, and if you were in attendance I am sure you would agree.

I also wanted to say thank you to Rick Pridemore, our Technology Chairperson.  He was very instrumental in assisting with the change of venue for this event.  If you enjoyed a particular program or event in the past, please take a moment at any of our events to thank one of our many volunteer board members that help ensure you have the best possible experience each and every meeting.   Please let us know if there is a subject or topic you would be interested in, we may be able to have that as our main meeting, specialized class or a sub-group topic.
