How to Find a Wholesale Buyer?

I found a property. I did the investigation, did the negotiation, and determined that the deal, while having substantial profit (a year from now), is not something I can really be involved in at this time.

How do I go about offering the deal to the members of our REIA?

Should I handle questions here on the board, or through personal email? The boards' front page says no advertising...

rmcoen,

Go ahead. We just don't want businesses advertising services on here.

Post Away.

I have a house that I would like to sell to an investor or wholesaler--even homeowner.

My tenants just moved out and I could re-update the house again or sell it to an investor at a cheaper price.

The appraised value is somewhere in the 80k range and I would like to sell it for 62.5k.
It is located on Chatham in Old Redford at 6 Mile & Telegraph.

I don't want to violate any rules of advertising on these boards, so anyone can offer me feedback on how to reach other investors that would be great.

Thanks,
Jason
