12:04 PM 		Can anyone recommend a contractor for the work below at a bungalow rental property in Royal Oak:

Steam cleaning (one upstairs bedroom) to be done THIS weekend (04/28/07).

Putting up drywall, taping, and mudding in upstairs...approx. 500 sq. ft? Currently has wood paneling. Also considering drywall ceiling.

10:28 PM 		I found a great contractor online at www.handyamerican.com, the site was helpful in finding a contractor in my area. I posted my job and contractors in my area contacted me by email. I set-up an appointment with a few contractors and found a wonderful company to complete my project. They also have articles and tips for hiring a contractor that were also helpful.
