Pontiac purchase. Under contract for 62k. Needs minimal work. Client plans to bring 2k to closing plus 1k on deposit. Selling bank is also paying 3points. Would probably want to hold onto the loan for 6-12 months for seasoning until refinancing out of it. Looking for a quick hard money close. No brokers I can do that myself.
