I have a male colleague who will beginning work at the GM Warren Tech Center around the end of the month who is in need of a unit to rent and would like to refer him to somebody.I'm estimating his credit worthiness is average to good, with a good history of renting. Single fella who I don't believe has any pets.
He seems pretty open as far as type of place to rent and is coming this way from an apartment in Lansing.
