REIA Of Oakland Discussion Board

I just joined REIA of Oakland and I need some creative ideas on finding a tenant for a great rental house I own in north Hazel Park. It's in perfect condition, it's priced fairly (I think) @ $875 for 3br, C/A and garage but I haven't been able to generate any traffic.

I have a sign in the lawn, it's in MLS, Craigslist, tried ads in the Tribune, and I even setup a website (www.morehouseholdings.com) with photos and info. Still nothing.

Anyone with ideas or comments?? Thanks.

Try contacting the local Section 8 coordinator.
