I am going to do my first flip. The only company I found that insures non owner occupied housing is quite expensive. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks in advance.

Try State Farm. Many investors are having good luck with them and their rates seem quite reasonable. Also, check the "Vendor" page of this website for insurance companies that are investor friendly. ---------- Rick Pridemore REIA Board Member Technology Committee
