REIA of Oakland is pleased to announce the formation of a members’ only subgroup devoted to the subject of

managing rental properties.  If you are a to-be, new, or experienced rental property investor this workshop/subgroup will be an opportunity to learn successful  practices from seasoned landlords investing in this

market.

The purpose of the Subgroup is to provide a hands-on education and networking forum for the continuing

development of REIA members.  It is through shared experiences and knowledge on a continuing basis that leads to a shortened learning curve, increased personal confidence, and ultimately to business success.  This is a
